Alan Rizo

PERSONAL TRAINER 

My focus is on quality physical exercise. Training is for anyone that wants to increase their quality of life. Training can sometimes be scary but with my knowledge and years of experience, training will be effective and safe. I provide strength and conditioning for athletes, semi-private training, 1 on 1 private training, and corrective training.

HEALTH COACH

I am a certified health/ nutrition coach.
My focus is to help my client's reach their goals through a healthy lifestyle! I do not believe in yoyo dieting, or fad diets that restrict from enjoying the foods you love. Ultimately, these methods don't work or make you gain back any weight initially lost long term. I believe in lifestyle and habit change. Consistency and balance are key!
I offer a variety of different methods. My programs are tailored to each person's specific goals. I am passionate about what I do and am confident together we can get you where you want to be. I am here to help keep you accountable through encouragement and motivation!
