Service Description

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 6PM! This group training is available to all young athletes wanting to stay active during season or off season, outside of their sport of choice. We have designed a program fit for young athletes to help improve their physical strength and endurance. This class will give them an overall gain to help them obtain optimum performance to play their best A game!
